Stoneman Elementary School

Home of the Dolphins
At Stoneman, we know that every scholar learns at their own pace. Some scholars may need extra support, while others may benefit from additional challenges. Our goal is to identify each scholar's needs early and provide the right support so they can continue growing and experiencing success.
How We Support Scholars

How We Support Scholars

When needed, scholars may receive:
  • 📖 Small group reading or literacy support
  • ➕ Small group mathematics support
  • 🎯 Targeted intervention based on classroom assessments and academic data
  • 🌎 Additional support for our Multilingual Learners
  • ⭐ Enrichment opportunities for scholars who are ready for additional challenges
A Team Approach

A Team Approach

Supporting scholars is a collaborative effort. Our classroom teachers work closely with intervention staff, specialists, instructional coaches, administrators, and families to monitor progress, adjust supports, and celebrate growth.
Partnering with Families

Partnering with Families

Families play an important role in a scholar's success. We encourage regular communication between home and school so we can work together to support learning. Reading together, practicing skills at home, maintaining strong attendance, and staying connected with your scholar's teacher can make a meaningful difference. By working together, we can help every scholar build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
