Dress Code
Pittsburg Unified School District requires K-8 scholars to wear uniforms to school. The required uniform is: white or navy blue collared shirt and navy blue pants, skirt, skort, jumper, or shorts. Leggings by themselves and blue jeans are not considered school uniform. If your scholar is not in uniform, Stoneman has the following uniform process:
Uniform Reminder Notes: These forms are reminders to go home to families.
Uniform Reminder Phone Calls: After we send 2 home to the same scholar, if they are out of uniform a third time, the scholar may be sent to the office so parent can be called
The goal of this process is to support scholars and families with being in uniform, not to be punitive. If your family needs support with purchasing uniforms, please inform your scholar's teacher or contact a community school coordinator, Ms. Mariel (mduran@pittsburgusd.net).
